Small daily habits that support skin, mind, and confidence — built from real experience.
Three Pillars of Balance
Conscious Nutrition
Simple, anti-inflammatory meals that support balance, clarity, and long-term stability from within.
Intentional Movement
Daily cardio and body activation practices designed to improve circulation and strengthen inner resilience.
Mindful Stillness
Structured meditation and awareness exercises that regulate stress and restore emotional equilibrium.
About Me
My name is Sebastian.
I have been living with vitiligo since the age of 25–26.
What began as confusion slowly became a long journey of observation, discipline, and deep self-exploration. Instead of chasing quick fixes, I chose to understand. I studied my body. I observed my reactions. I experimented with lifestyle, nutrition, movement, stress patterns, and mindset.
Over time, I came to a personal realization: vitiligo cannot be negotiated from the outside alone. It must be addressed from within.
For years, I searched for balance rather than miracles. I explored anti-inflammatory nutrition, daily cardio and circulation practices, structured meditation, emotional regulation, and consistent routines. I stopped looking for something to “cure” me and started focusing on stabilizing my internal environment.
For the past 4–5 years, I have practiced a disciplined daily routine built around three pillars:
Conscious nutrition
Intentional movement
Mindful stillness
Since committing fully to this lifestyle, most of my previously repigmented areas have remained stable. I have not experienced the cycle of repeated depigmentation that once defined my experience. More importantly, my overall physical and mental state has significantly improved.
Vitiligo taught me something fundamental: it imposes a lifestyle. You either resist it, or you adapt and evolve.
I chose adaptation.
I no longer see vitiligo as a tragedy. I see it as a condition that requires awareness, structure, and responsibility. It forced me to become disciplined. It required me to master stress. It demanded that I respect my body.
The body reflects internal balance. The mind influences the body. Energy, attention, and consistency matter.
Vitiguru was born from this understanding.
Not as a medical platform.
Not as a promise.
But as a structured daily practice inspired by lived experience.
I do not claim miracles.
I share discipline.
I do not offer cures.
I offer structure.
Vitiligo is not the end of control.
It is an invitation to build it.

Vitiguru was born from real experience.
I’ve lived with vitiligo for over 20 years, and this space reflects what I learned along the way: daily routine, awareness, and consistency — not quick fixes.
Vitiguru is about rebuilding confidence from the inside.
